Closing of Some Utah State Parks

Fishing On A Utah Lake
A Utah state legislative audit recommends the closing of five Utah state parks.
They are:
- Green River
- Edge of The Cedars in Blanding
- Territorial Statehouse in Fillmore
- Frontier Homestead in Cedar City
- Utah Field House Museum in Vernal.
All have been heavily subsidized by taxpayers for years. One of the alternatives might be privatization. This may save little ... or no ... money however.
Several other possibilities exist and legislators will be looking at all of them.
