Compare Utah to Texas! Every town in Texas is different. Some are dry, some are damp (beer & wine) others are wet (b, w, mixed drinks).
Some wet towns still have setup restrictions. You BYOB and the bar or private club sells you the mix or if you are drinking straight, you pay a service charge for the glass.
You can drive the loop in Dallas and have different liquor laws at every exit.
