That was the headline on KSL.com recently.
Bear Lake continues to be one of the favorite go-to places in Utah especially during the summer. In fact, here's a rarity, some local businesses say they could use more competition to keep up with the customers.
Some business owners say the crowds are getting "exponentially bigger."
Of course that brings with it another problem. The lack of workers available to fill the open positions. Many of the businesses here provide living arrangements for employees to entice them up here during the summer.
Another problem? Overdevelopment. The Chamber of Commerce and now even the state are looking at getting involved in legislating more development rules and guidelines.
